Who is Bill Vardeman, how do I know all this?

I've been where you are now. And I not only survived, I succeeded.

Several times.

I've spent three decades in the trenches of small and medium size business competition. Featured in Venture Magazine with one of the fastest growing private companies in the 80's. However problems were looming. At one point, it finally dawned on me: There's a pattern here.

Let me show it to you.

My businesses ranged from distribution to manufacturing, from start-up to acquisition. Each was faced, however briefly, with business failure, bankruptcy, almost overwhelming credit problems. Two were miserable failures, two were moderate successes and two were sold to major corporations.

As an entrepreneur you know, the important thing is to learn from your failures and succeed more times than you fail.

That's what I did, and by my mid-fifties I had sold my last company even retired for short time. But was still consulting with a few businesses on the verge of Chapter 7 when not golfing or traveling.

My passion is business, and now that means helping other small to mid-size business owners and entreprenuers succeed. For the past few years, I've returned to work as a turnaround consultant, helping companies solve their problems, avoid bankruptcy and get back on the road to profitability as quickly as possible.

Most companies can't afford to pay $400-$500 an hour for my advice, or that of any other seasoned turnaround specialist, so I created this website.
